Return or exchange conditions First, the exchange 1- The customer has the right to exchange the product if the product has a defect or does not comply with the specifications set by the customer. Therefore, the customer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within seven days from the date of receipt, and the store bears the costs of shipping the return and delivery again. 2- The customer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases: - If the product matches the specifications previously set by the customer. - If more than seven days have passed since the date of receipt. 3- To exchange the product, it must be in good condition and the customer must not have used or modified the product. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging to ensure its condition. Second, the return The customer has the right to return the product according to the following conditions: 1- Return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is a ready-made product and not one manufactured based on the customer’s request or according to specifications previously set by the customer. 2- To return the product, it must be in good condition and not used, partially used, or modified. The store has the right to inspect the product before starting the return process to ensure its condition. 3- The duration for refund is from 5 to 10 working days. General conditions: - The customer does not bear the costs of shipping for products with a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the specifications set by the customer. - The customer bears the costs of shipping the product and its return if the product is a ready-made product. - The customer does not have the right to return products that were designed based on the customer’s request or according to specifications previously set by the customer.
